Manifesto
What you can expect from us
Andras Ko, founder
You already know you need to change.
Perhaps in your business model. Perhaps in how your team operates. Perhaps in your digital tools. Perhaps in all of these at once.
It is like bending down and feeling pain. You cannot pinpoint the exact cause — but you know it should not hurt. And everyone around you says something different: IT wants technology, HR wants team building, finance wants cost cutting. You are looking for the thing that actually makes sense.
It is not the will that is missing. It is the perspective.
How we think about our work
The way a good doctor thinks about a patient.
A good doctor does not start by writing a prescription. They ask: what kind of life do you want to live? Because "healthy" is just as subjective as "beautiful" — until there is a shared understanding of what we consider good, any diagnosis is meaningless.
We start the same way. First we understand what you consider good — the ideal in your mind, or we show you patterns that you can make your own. Then comes the diagnosis: where you are now and how wide the gap is. We do not talk around it — we measure it.
After that, we provide tools. Tools that many have already used to get where you are heading. We hold up a mirror: we show you where you stand today. And yes, we hold you accountable — because if nobody asks whether you are keeping pace, sooner or later you will not.
What we promise
You always decide.
You are the master. We do not tell you what to do — we help you see clearly and make good decisions. The leader is master over their organisation, the team member over their tools. This is not a tagline — it determines how we plan, how we advise, and how we build.
We say what hurts.
We do not tell you what you want to hear. If you are heading in the wrong direction, we speak up. If we are not the right solution for your problem, we tell you who to look for. If you can solve something on your own, we do not pretend you need us.
We work personally.
We do not send a junior consultant after the founder has sold the project. The person working on your project is the one you spoke with during the consultation. This is not a scalable model — and we know it. But it is what works.
We do not come with ready-made solutions.
Until we understand the situation, we do not recommend anything. We do not bring an 80-page presentation to the first meeting. We ask, we listen, and only then do we show you what we see.
What we believe
We believe that every organisation is capable of functioning healthily and wholly, drawing on its own wisdom.
This is not naivety. It means our involvement is temporary. Our goal is not to become indispensable — but to enable you and your team to do well on your own.
Some people hear this and ask: "Then why should I pay a consultant?"
Because there is a difference between what you can achieve alone — and how quickly, how safely, and with how many detours you achieve it. Just as an Olympic medal contender could do it alone — but they seek out the best coach, because it is obvious that this multiplies their chances.
If, after our first conversation, you feel that what you heard is enough to move forward on your own — we have achieved what we are in this profession for. Not because we lost a client. But because a leader went home stronger than they came.
What we do not do
We do not build addictive systems. We do not create services you cannot function without. If the result of our work were your dependence on us — we would have failed.
We do not preach. We do not paint a future brighter than what is realistic. We do not throw around buzzwords that nobody understands but everyone nods along to.
And we do not pretend we do everything ourselves. We are a small team — intentionally so. Alongside us stand specialised partners: leadership coaches, engineers, developers. We assemble the picture and take responsibility. But we do not pretend to be bigger than we are.
Why we do it
Not because consulting pays well. But because we find our passion in building organisational and digital systems. The way a mason finds theirs in buildings, we find ours in organisations.
You, as someone building your own company, can choose to learn this craft and do it yourself. You can choose to invite us. What matters is that it is your decision — conscious, not forced.
What we research and know can be put in the service of your goals. For a fee — because money is the medium of exchange, not because we keep knowledge secret.
If anything you read felt familiar — let us talk.
