Solution
AI is not a strategy.
AI is the answer — but what is the question?
The Sprint starts from the things in your company that are truly painful, slow, or expensive. At the end, the leader receives a strategic guide with area-specific tool recommendations and outlines for the first 1-2 projects.

If so, this opportunity is for you.
"I've heard about AI, but I don't know where to start."
Everyone has already made a move. Your competitor has implemented something. The team is asking questions. You don't want to decide based on trends — because you've always made investment decisions based on solid foundations, and you want to do the same now. But for that, you need a clear picture of what you can actually achieve.
"We had a workshop, we had a demo — but nothing stuck."
The enthusiasm went to waste. The software is there, but nobody uses it. The team quietly went back to the old method. The problem wasn't the tool — it was the lack of a strategic decision or intentional rollout behind it.
"I don't have 3 months for a strategy — but I want to grow."
Day-to-day operations consume all your time. You can't sit down with a consultant for half a year. You need something that can be completed in a short timeframe — yet still provides real guidance, not generalities.
Strategy, Tactics, Plan
Before we create an AI strategy, let's clarify what we mean by it.
Strategy
A collection of principles and fundamental decisions: what to do and what not to do, who we are and who we are not, where we're heading — and why. It contains no steps, but a framework. It doesn't become outdated quickly.
Tactics
How we apply the strategy day by day — what tools, methods, and rules we use in specific situations.
Plan
What we concretely do: when, who, what, with what resources.
"The two greatest mistakes a strategy can make: acting too soon, and postponing the opportunity."
— Paulo Coelho
Service
3 phases, 2-3 weeks
Compact, focused process. We don't rush — but we don't drag it out either.
Situation Assessment
3x3 hours, online or in person
We walk through the company's operational fundamentals across the SEJT Model© six+1 areas. This is not the full audit — it's a guided exploration: what digital tools are currently in use, why those specifically, and where the biggest pain points or opportunities lie.
Strategy Assembly
1 workshop day
Together we define: what to do and what not to do, in which areas, in what order — and just as importantly: what we are NOT doing right now. Concrete tool recommendations are prepared for each area.
Strategy Document Handover
1-2 sessions
The assembled strategy in writing: principles, priorities, tool recommendations. Not an 80-page PowerPoint — but a decision framework. Project outlines are also prepared for the top 1-2 priorities.
Duration: 2-3 weeks
What you'll have at the end of the Sprint
You won't get promises — you'll get documents.
AI and digitalization strategy
Principles and key decisions: what to do and what not to do, in which areas, in what order. A company-specific guide that provides a valid framework for 3-5 or even 10 years.
Tool recommendations by area
For each SEJT Model© area covered: why, what, with what impact, at what cost. Not a tool list — but a justified decision basis.
Project outline for first steps
A concrete outline for the top 1-2 priorities: what needs to be done, with what tools, with what resources. If development is also needed, it can continue with our IT Services.
Add-on options
HLD
High-Level Design
If a development decision is made after the Sprint, we prepare the high-level system design: the main operational requirements and functionality description. This is the business side's voice to technology: not code, but logic.
LLD
Low-Level Design
Building on the HLD, a detailed technical specification: data model, APIs, integrations, architecture. This is the foundation the developer works from. Our role: ensuring the technical plan serves the business objective.
Project Expert
Expert Support
During the development project, our expert participates in the implementation: verifying that development proceeds according to the strategy and plans. Not management — but professional oversight and decision support.
Who is it for?
Mid-size business leader
An organization of 10-200 people where decisions rest with the leader. You don't need an AI department — you need a good strategy and the first step.
Someone who tried but nothing stuck
There was a ChatGPT workshop, there was a demo. But nothing lasting was embedded in the organization. The Sprint picks up where the attempt left off — but this time within a strategic framework.
Someone under pressure with no time
The team is asking, the board expects results. You don't have 3 months for a strategy. That's why we do it in 2-3 weeks, compact — but thorough.
How to continue?
The Sprint is valuable on its own. But if you also need a partner for implementation:
Frequently Asked Questions
What's the difference between the AI Strategy Sprint and the Business Audit?
The Audit examines the organization's full operations more deeply, with more interviews. The Sprint's SEJT Model© assessment is a quick indicative overview — the main goal is the AI and digitalization strategy and tool recommendations. If deeper organizational diagnosis is needed, the Audit precedes the Sprint.
What exactly do HLD and LLD mean?
The High-Level Design (HLD) summarizes the main operational requirements and functionality — it's the business side's description. The Low-Level Design (LLD) is the detailed technical specification: data model, APIs, architecture. We prepare the HLD, the developer prepares the LLD — but we review both.
Can it be used for grant applications?
Yes. If after the Sprint you want to implement the development using grant funding (e.g., DIMOP Plus), the strategy document and HLD can serve as a foundation. We don't write grant applications, but the planning part is our deliverable.
What if the Sprint leads to differing opinions among leadership?
That's natural, and valuable. Strategy is precisely about intentionally clarifying these differences — so they don't surface during implementation.
Let's start with a conversation
You don't need to prepare. It's enough if you feel that your company is slower somewhere than it could be.
